Nam Hooru Mysooru (My city is Mysore) Part 2

Hey folks

Introducing places to visit in mysore,my top choice places to go if you happen to visit mysore.

• Chamundi Hills & Temple. It is greeted with big Mahishasura statue, ends with nandhi bull with most mischevious monkeys around. Honestly watch out, I lost my handbag to them.                                                                                                      

• Philomena church

• Lalith Mahal Palace for masala tea(Thatz all i could afford at end of the day!!!)

• Mysore Palace- absolute beauty.........It is beautiful as it is in this picture.

• Brindavan Gardens & The musical fountains 19.00-20.00 every day

• Karanji Kerre (Lake) and wildlife sanctuary (If you are lucky:-) u get to see  animals)

• Srirangapatna is around 15-20 kms away from Mysore, famous for Daria-Daulat Palace & Bird sanctuary

• GRS fantasy park for a Day out (Theme park)

• Planet X for chilling out (cool crowd, u know what i mean :-) )

• Saravanabelogal temple, Halebiddu for ancient architecture.(Outskirts of mysore, for a day trip)

There are couple of wildlife parks,such as Nagarholle and the mysore zoo.Bless the animals they look pathetic. But jolly ride for the kids thou.
