A favour please

Hello folks.

I am doing well with my balanced eating lifestyle.Wont call it dieting as am not!!! Just eating sensibly.
Daily 30 minutes of walking is helping in boosting my energy levels  although my weight still seems the same(69kgs). I am taking another step forward for a tummy toner. So today i want to ask you please

Give me a good tummy toner exercise plan.

It has to be max of 15-20mts tried and tested  exercise. I know there loads on the internet promising results.But i want to hear from you folks.Write to me and even a demo is appreciated.

    you can start some 5 per day and gradually increase the number..

    1. Guess what i tried them today,Took a while to get the hang of it first.Couple of trips was fun.i could feel my tummy muscles pulling.i just did 5 coz i had my little one laughing out...Got a tummy trimmer as well.keeping fingers crossed....Thank you
